1. Who we are
PreCAS Training (“we”, “us”) provides an online tool that lets students practise a UK Pre-CAS / credibility-style interview with an AI interviewer and receive an automated readiness report. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Not affiliated, no guarantee
We are an independent practice tool. We are not affiliated with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), the UK Home Office, any university, or any government body. Our practice questions, scores, and feedback are for preparation only. We do not guarantee any visa, CAS, or admission outcome, and nothing on this site is legal or immigration advice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Give accurate information when you sign up. Do not share your account or use someone else’s. We may suspend accounts that are misused, shared, or used to break these Terms.
4. Interviews and credits
Your first interview is free. Further interviews are bought in packs (see our Pricing page). One interview uses one credit from your balance. “Practice” sessions do not use a credit. Credits are for use on this service and have no cash value.
5. Payments
Prices are shown in Nepali Rupees (NRs) and may change. Access is activated after we confirm your payment. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Use the service only for your own interview practice. Do not copy, resell, scrape, or republish our questions, feedback, or content; do not try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; and do not upload anything unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights.
7. AI-generated feedback
Scores and feedback are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Treat them as guidance, not a final judgement of your ability or your real interview result.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision made by UKVI, a university, or any third party. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
