Refund Policy

We want you to feel it’s fair. Your first interview is free, so you can try PreCAS Training before you pay. This policy explains refunds for paid interview packs and live sessions. All prices are in Nepali Rupees (NRs).

1. Free first interview

Your first interview is free. There is nothing to refund.

2. Interview packs (NRs 500 / 5 · NRs 1,000 / 10)

• If you have not used any interview from a pack, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• If you have used some interviews, we refund the unused interviews at the pack’s per-interview rate (NRs 100 each), within 7 days of purchase.
• Interviews that have already been taken are non-refundable, as the service was delivered.

3. Live session (NRs 2,000)

• Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your booked time.
• If you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend, the session is non-refundable.
• If the counsellor cannot attend, you get a free reschedule or a full refund — your choice.

4. Technical problems

If an interview fails because of a fault on our side (for example, it did not run or no report was produced), we will restore the credit or refund it. Problems caused by your own device, browser, internet, or a blocked microphone are not refundable, but we’re happy to help you fix them.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email ukprecasinterview@gmail.com from your account email with your name and what you’d like refunded. We aim to reply within 3 working days and send approved refunds back to your original payment method.
